• National center for Public Administration (NCPA) building the Capacity of all Public Sector Institutions and personnel within the PNA. Funded by Japan Government, United Kingdom and USA through UNDP, DFID and USAID.
• Transfer of Knowledge through Expatriate Nationals, (TOKTEN Palestine, project to recruit international experts of Palestinian origin. Implemented by UNDP, funded by Japanese Government and other donors.
• Palestinian Expatriate Professional Program, (PEPP), Project to attract expatriate professionals of Palestinian origin to come to Palestine and help build their institutions. Project Funded by the World Bank.
